The problem with these solutions is that quite often the total surface of the tub is not covered which allows a person to slip in between the applications. Another problem is that all of these applications have led themselves to collecting dirt and mildew. The advantage of this process is that it is permanent. It will last a minimum of five years and if there has been nothing done to the tub that will make it more difficult to clean.
