For years, the terrazzo floor in the foyer at Largo Middle School became slippery on rainy and humid days..... This caused danger to the students and faculty so we applied our slip resistant chemicals.
Since then, and that was over 12 years ago, the floor is still slip resistant. The area maintenance supervisor for the Pinellas County Schools from St. Petersburg to Clearwater has had the product used in kitchens, locker rooms, showers and restrooms.

The owner and manager of Sea Critters Cafe in St. Pete Beach said that he had had a couple of falls in the restaurant before he decided to have the slip-resistant treatment applied to the tile floors. After five years, he could not think of one incident since then.

BY ELIMINATION OF FALLS AND BACK INJURIES, THE RESTAURANT INDUSTRY COULD REDUCE ALMOST 70 PERCENT OF WORKERS COMPENSATION DOLLAR CLAIMS.
